S is for car 1 and K is for car 2. Although you have to make sure you're not on the chat tab in the race viewer, else you type in chat and KERS won't work.

One hint in driver skills, he has 20 of it, you have 15, that one is the most important trainable one. ;-)

Putting points on the big 4 is already the right thing to do. If you choose to keep an advantage, do your own thing or aim for spying results is a matter of preference. One thing about spying to keep in mind is that it always rounds up, so sometimes spying several smaller gaps get you more points than one bigger, but because you get more design points than he can I doubt he is ahead in that many.

The only thing coming to mind regarding the car are the suppliers. Maybe he got some extra points there.

You can find in the Junior program. Just build it up to the maximum level(5stars). You will have a better chance.

Megtalálható a Junior programban. Csak állítsd fel a maximális szintre (5 stádium). Jobb esélyed lesz.

Köszönöm!

do people swap suppliers for specific races, which engines fuel and brakes work best at the various tracks?

When you talk about 3/1, 2/1.. strategies. What does it mean? i.e: 3/1

spy 3 stats and put points in 1 or put points on 3 stats and spy 1 ??

Another question: If my FE is < 22 when I start season. Should I investigate this attribute? Or I just have to investigate the big 4?

It doesn't really matter because it just means that other strategies might be better in your given situation than his most used strategies. For your situation it can be any of the two, developing 3 and spying 1 or spying 3 and developing 1. More likely is the latter though, or something else completely.

As so often, it depends. Usually the big 4 are more important but that also should mean you should be very close to or match the best teams in most of them anyway, so you should be able to spy a lot of points in FE by including it while only sacrificing maybe 1 point, or even none, of the big 4 and that would be absolutely worth it.

I am on level 18, I have noticed that the "big 4" are not enough if you want to win championships.

Also my opponent is at level 18 too, but he has a CD with the right weakness (reliability) and the right strenght (Acceleration).

I have instead a CD with good Acceleration but with Cooling as weakness.

The difference has a very big impact on performance: the bad cooling system avoid me to be competitive on hot circuits (won only in Australia and Germany, with low temperatures).

I tried to reduce the gap in the cooling system, but It cost me a major gap in the big 4 and then in tyre management.

The only right weakness of CD is reliability, any other weakness will cost you the entire season against opponents with those weakness.

I have a cd with weakness of cooling. Its the second to last I put points on. I personally don't think it has too much of an effect. I attend pretty much every race and change my push levels to suit.

A bad cooling system has two side effects:

1) The engine consumes more faster, and in the last laps of a race you will have a car with lower power.

2) The bad cooling system makes the car more hot, and you will have a major tyre degradation

Improve cooling system don't have a big impact in engine wear rate. It's better to spend tokens in a new engine every race.
It's non sense to say cooling have an impact in tire temperature.

Trust me.

I change the engines after every race, I always have fresh engines in every race.
But with a bad cooling system, at the end of the race your engine will be more consumed than the engines of your opponents.
So, you will have lower power.

Furthermore, with a bad cooling system you always have high temperatures in the car.
The tyres will overheat more faster, and as a result you will be forced to decrease the push level.

I have won only two races in these conditions: Australia (with 9 grades of temperature) and Germany (with 11/13 grades of temperature).

I'm not writing this without knowing what I'm saying.
