"Mater" comes from "materiaal" and is the translation for gear in the meaning of "I will pack my climbing gear to go into the mountains".
Correct translation here would be "versnelling", you could shorten it to "versn" if you want it to fit better in the image.

In the transfer market (in Spanish language) on the stats of the pilot, you can see that the 176 number is obviously the height of the pilot but it appears as Weight ("PESo" in Spanish). It happens the same with the weight, it appears 72 but it indicates that it is the height ("ALTura" in Spanish).
